Starting from an understanding because of our extensive experience in the field, we will develop a professional development plan and facilitate this to district and school leaders, as well as instructional staff.

There will come a time in the school year when you need some additional help with objective eyes to coach various staff regarding instructional strategies or social emotional research based practices. In addition to providing coaching and  support, we can be available for extra hours during this process for individuals who need extra support with various needs.
